Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend an appointment you have made, or indeed no longer need the booking we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice otherwise a cancellation fee may be incurred. It is unfortunate we have to put in place such a policy but we hope you understand that by freeing up appointments early on means that patients in acute pain can take advantage of the availability
